An Insurance client had a very effective system of selling lead generation packages to agents. However, they needed to fulfill their obligations to the agents by using telemarketing/prospecting databases to find companies interested in talking to the client’s agents.

Using our facilities and technology, ACS provided lead generation services to regional offices and independent insurance agents specializing in B2B products
DELIVERING THE SOLUTION:
ACS provided the database management and calling services to generate the leads based on the client and their customer’s requests. We developed a sophisticated scheduling program which allows us to manage a large number of individual agent schedules on a real-time basis.
